Who Am I?

  • I am a California native, living in various parts of the greater Bay Area throughout my life. I earned my Master of Social Work from San Jose State University, and Bachelor of Science in Intensive Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and De Anza Community College.

  • I am a mother of two active children and a rambunctious pup, wife to an educator, a lifelong vegetarian, Broadway fanatic, and fearless at attempting bad jokes.

  • I look forward to connecting and seeing if I am a good fit to support and empower your family in this unpredictable and individualized journey. view the therapeutic process as a meaningful relationship between the clients I serve and myself. Together we build an environment ensuring trust, authenticity and safety. Although there may be tears and struggle along the way, I also strive to bring humor to the work.

  • I am honored to be invited along as you share your family stories. Together we will empower you to tap into your strengths, resiliencies, and personally determined goals and desires.

  • I have an extensive background as a school social worker with 15+ years of experience providing therapeutic support children, youth, and families with multiple lived identities and challenges of life.

  • I am committed to equity, social justice, and systemic change to undo and unlearn decades of harm and teachings that directly contribute to trauma in my clients’ life experiences. I am dedicated to serving BIPOC, LGBTQII+, and differently abled individuals.

  • I have a colorful background including lived experience with a severe eating disorder as an adolescent that informs and guides my practice.
