About Erin

Erin Cabezas has vast experience spanning over 15+ years in the field of supporting children, youth, and families. Working as a school social worker has allowed Erin to walk alongside hundreds of individuals in their journeys as they navigate many identities, lived experiences, and a range of individually-defined areas to nurture and grow.

Erin is currently providing FBT therapy for eating disorders as both a clinician and an individual with extensive lived experience navigating life with an eating disorder and other challenges of life.

Erin is a mother of two active children and a rambunctious pup, wife to an educator, a lifelong vegetarian, Broadway fanatic, and fearless at attempting bad jokes. Erin is committed to naming, addressing and confronting oppression and discrimination in the multitudes of ways they manifest and impact the lived experience of those she serves, and society at large.
